Role Summary, South EMEA Implementation Consultant, Paris (France)

The Implementation Consultant is the main point of contact for our new clients and has the varied and rewarding responsibility of establishing and customising our service to suit our eager clients in their unique implementation. They are responsible for building strong relations directly, providing technical support throughout the process.

You will report directly to the EMEA Implementation Manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Work hand in hand with your clients, by phone and email, supporting them through the technical stages of our service

• Work collaboratively with our JavaScript Developers and Designers to coordinate the technical elements required for a timely and seamless implementation

• Configure the campaign’s email service provider, allowing emails to be sent on behalf of our clients

• Conduct thorough testing throughout the campaign creation to ensure our service is 100% accurate for our clients

• As their main point of contact, sustain client satisfaction throughout the implementation, proficiently logging all relevant data which may impact ongoing campaigns or client engagement.

• Provide regular updates (against targets, KPIs, progress, issues etc.…) to the EMEA Implementation Manager and the EMEA CRO.

• Provide support to the other areas within the business, when required, to maintain business performance and an environment of collaboration and teamwork

Your Personal Skills

• Self-starting, autonomous and pro-active individual

• Excellent communication and customer focus skills with proven ability of effectively communicating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders (internal & external)

• Creative in providing resolutions to complexities or challenges

• Ability to multi-task to adapt to priorities and handle several projects at once

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to details

• Tech savvy and will to evolve in a technical environment, especially on Web/E-commerce

Your Professional Skills

• Strong experience within a client facing environment

• From a digital background, ideally a SaaS company, with good understanding of Email marketing solutions

• Previous significant experience in Project Management

• Fluent in French, and English with excellent spoken, written, and reading skills (in addition, Spanish or Italian is a big advantage)
